The great doll dilemma

Go ahead and get Marisol! She is absolutely darling.

I'm not an AGOT person. I much prefer the historicals. However, I have decided that if each LE appeals to me, I'll go ahead and get her.

And I think Marisol would make a perfect Josefina. We have Josefina, and I don't care for her as much as Marisol. I have been tossing around the idea of using her for Josefina.

And you HAVE to get Elizabeth....especially since Felicity has been with you for so many years.

It's a very slippery slope.....

I originally started into this knowing that I'd want all the historicals, but be very selective on clothing. I only wanted their birthday, christmas and school dresses. And I only wanted AGT items that were sport or dance related that Diana might be interested in, but not AGT doll.

Well, we have Kailey and Lindsey and I know we'll be getting Marisol shortly, so I do like the LE AGT's. The only other one I really want is the Asian AGT. As far as outfits, after my organiation effort this week, our AGT outfits really outnumber the historicals, and I've given up on my original limitations. Now I get what we like, problem is, we like most everything! [img]wink.gif[/img]

I'd offer the same advice to get Marisol. If when Elizabeth comes out and you still don't like or haven't bonded with Marisol, she'll be fetching a pretty penny on ebay and you can apply any extra to Elizabeth and her items too! Good luck!

I'm joining the majority by saying go ahead & get Marisol now. If you decide you don't want to keep her, you can either return her to American Girl or sell her on ebay & put the money to Elizabeth or another doll of your choice.

Marisol really is a beautiful doll. Mine's on backorder right now & is expected to be sent around the first week of February. Can't wait!
